‘Railway sleepers. Lovely in the garden. Not so lovely falling on your foot … when you're wearing sandals!'

Three months after a particularly big sleeper landed on Anthony's right foot, shattering it, he decided it was time for something new. ‘This is always something I've wanted to do. Lying on the couch in plaster gave me plenty of time to think about how I could do things differently and work for myself.'
