A Day at the Races
Royal Ascot is having a crackdown on dress codes this year. The authorities there are determined to bring back some decorum in the face of ever increasing exhibitionism and inappropriate attire! These are just a few of the new rules: Shoulder straps no thinner than an inch; no bare midriffs; no off -the-shoulder, halter neck or spaghetti strapped dresses; nor are mini skirts allowed. All heads should be covered by either a hat or a substantial fascinator.
